Super CPH Railcar Update. 17-07-2024

Afternoon, More plans for the New Railcar Idea.

19 passenger Railcar,

25 Passenger Railcar,

50 Passenger 2 car Consist,

AND

A 80 Passenger 3 car consist.

Need to get some Sketches up to explain.

EXPANSION OF REGIONAL RAIL PASSENGER SERVICES.

The above Railcars are due to be trialed in the next 12 months hopefully.

Permission has been granted for the use of the Photo above.

Services that could be expanded are.

A 6 car consist. to Goulbourn, to be split at Cootamundra, with two cars going to Griffith, via Stockinbingal and Temora.

A two car consist to Broken Hill on a Thursday, to return on a Friday, giving opportunity for a few days stay for a look around.

A Single Railcar, Super cph from Dubbo to Cobar, expanding to Bourke at a Later stage.

A six car consist to Glen Innes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, splitting at Werris Creek and Armidale, with future services to Tenterfield.

A two car consist from Newcastle to Coffs Harbour, 3 times a week.

In my opinion this could be done over time when the New Regional Railcars come in to service.

Working on a plan for 2 new Rail services into Byron Bay,

One North

One South,

North , From the NORTH Byron Bay Hotel to Crabbes Creek

South, From South of the Bus Terminal to Lismore, or South of Browning Street.

Would this be even possible, I think so, what do others think.

NEWS- Passenger Expansion-NSW. 23-06-2024

 Morning,

A Question?

Can a service be supplied for Orange to Lithgow, with 3 Standard Gauge Carriages and a Locomotive each end, to run services by either SSR or LVR.

Would this Be a Good Idea.

The State of NSW needs more Rail Passenger services, to service the Rural Area's

There needs to be a service run to Griffith via Temora and Stockinbingal, this could be a 4 car consist, with 2 cars running on to Wagga Wagga or Albury.

A Service needs to be run from Dubbo to Cobar, and return.

The Railway Line to Bourke needs to be re-opened so it can have a Passenger service as well.

Tamworth to Glen Innes and Tenterfield. Twice a week maybe to get it started.

Bathurst already has 2 Bullet trains running to Sydney, Only fair that Orange get's a service.

Newcastle to Coffs or Grafton.

Newcastle to Wauchope, could go shopping in the Cities shopping Centres.

At the moment, Rollingstock, for Passenger services, has an availability Problem,

There4 are no Explorers or Endeavour Railcars available.

Unless a set gets piched from Woolongong or Newcastle.

It will be much easier when the Civity Railcars are in Service.

Maybe they can be put into service on the BH Line First, do their testing in the outback.

Of course a second service to Broken Hill, out on a Friday, and back on a Saturday.

Small palletts could be carried on these Trains as well.

A Plan for a Second Railcar service to Broken Hill has been Put forward, Not possible due to lack of availability of Rolling Stock.

Unless a Set is removed from either Woolongong or Newcastle.

The First Civity Set is being fitted out at Dubbo, May be that could be trailed to Broken Hill and Used to be put in Service, from Broken Hill.

Maybe a Vlocity set can be trailed in NSW.

That would help to get more Passenger services going.
