More news about the New Railway Line Proposal,

The News Is,

An email to Byron Bay Council,

An email to Ballina Council,

But the Big News is I had a Conversation with a Top Council Person regarding my Proposal.

He advised it was Visionary and something good for the Future.

Also wanted me to keep in contact with any Progress that is Made.

So it was a Very Positive Conversation.

Update:

19 Minutes after I made the Post above a Post was written on the News and History Page about this Proposal.

Many, Many thanks for all the Publicity.

At this Present time we know that a train will not run on the Casino to Murwillumbah Railway Line, due to some of it being removed and a Rail trail built.

We also know there is a Railway Line that goes to Brisbane.

But there is no train running along the Coast or near the Coast to service all the coastal Towns/Villages.

Hence the new plan I have put forward to follow the M1 motorway between Tweed Heads and Woolgoolga, with a Transport Interchange at both ends and 3 railway stations in between, with possibly a 4th to be included.

In my opinion, with a Train running parallel with the M1, all the beaches can be serviced by the train, but feeder buses will probably need to be used to get to the train stations.

Ballina may need to be serviced by this proposal as well.

Lots to think about, lots of people to talk to lots of planning and Organising to do as well.

My Proposal has a New Name,

Any Publicity is good even if it is Negative.

Been lots more publicity this morning, thanks very much for that.

I am now using a New Blog and a New Host, will not have to worry about Stalkers.

Information will now be put up on the new Blog, regarding the New Railway Line from Tweed heads to Woolgoolga.

Travelling to Outback Railway Stations.

 Morning,

From 2014 to 2018, my Partner and I travelled to a lot of Outback Railway Stations,

Very rewarding when you make the effort to do this.

This was our Rig we Travelled in to the Outback Railway Stations, or sometimes close to them and drove the Truck for the last little distance.

Winton and Longreach were two of these Railway Stations,

The Last 3 Photos were taken at Winton. we visited this Railway Station twice, once in 2014 and then again in 2015.

The Winton Cattle Train, just arrived to load up a heap of Cattle.

I was able to Photograph the Train as it was coming into the Town of Winton.

Earlier in the Morning of the same day a Railway Employee advised me that this cattle train was coming in later in the morning.

Blackall Railway Station, moved to a Park in the Main Street and used as the Tourist information Centre.

The Chorregon Railway Station was on display at the Waltzing Matilda Centre in Winton. Originally on the line between Winton and Longreach.

The Queensland Rail Ambulance is kept in this Station Building, as on display with many Interprative signs. Located at the Cloncurry Tourist Centre.

The Fact's to think about. 10-11-2023.

Good afternoon,

Recently there has been discussion about Dementia, on a particular Railway Forum, yes a Forum for Railways.

The two persons concerned think they know all about the Disease.

Let's look a few things shall we.

Short term memory loss

Long term memory loss.

Diagnosis of Alzhimers.

If you have Dementia, strangely you will recognise all three facets of what is Happening.

That is a Real Fact.

The Full blown disease turns into, not being able to recognise people who are close to you, and Anger sets in, which is really difficult to manage for the Nursing staff who are in charge of People in this Situation.

How do I know all this, I watched two of my Relatives go thru all of this.

There is absolutely no way I have any of these problems, which unfortunately has been inferred by these two people.

They have been asked to remove what has been written, but as yet that has not happened.

I have been in touch with Police and Lawyers and they have advised for me to get back to them if the situation does not change.

Sad really.

Dementia Thread,

On the South Oz Rail Forum,

Having asked twice already I thought it better to write to you.

Can you please organise to have the Dementia Thread Removed from the South Oz Rail Forum.

My Mental health is Being discussed, and it has been said that I actually have Dementia,

Luckily for me I do not have Dementia, so what has been written is Untrue.

I have contacted Police and Lawyers and they have said it is against the Law to do this sort of thing.

Would be great if you could organise for it to be removed.

Update on New Railway Line. 8-11-2023.

Good Morning,

I hope you are all well and happy.

Above Photos taken at Raglan, Wednesday October the 11th 2023.

New Information about the Proposed New Railway Line between Tweed Heads and Woolgoolga is to hopefully add a Walking Path/Bike Path on the Eastern Side of the New Railway Line.

This would attract more people to use the Trains/Railway Line.

In my opinion the POTENTIAL of this Proposal is a Skye is the limit situation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION,

This Plan is for Private Companies, Local Councils, State Government and Federal Government, at no time of the Planning was it to be a Private Line, If you have read this anywhere, that is False Information.

So we have a good understanding of everything, I have received emails from the Tweed Council and the Coffs Council, they are in my Folder with all the emails I have sent Out.

I hope you are all going OK.

Just want to write a few things here that are causing me some Worry,

The Guru of Heritage Railways has indicated that the current Railway Line from Newcastle to Brisbane is enough for the Proposed travellers for the next 10 years or so, Wrong, are the possible passengers from Tweed Heads, Ewingsdale/byron bay, New Italy, Tubacia and Woolgoolga entitled to have a Good Railway Passenger service as well, I believe they are this is why I have put this Plan Forward. In the Future when the Inland Railway Opens, the Line to Brisbane may stop operations.

It does not have to be a Flash service, but it needs to be Fast and it could be serviced with 2 or 4 Super CPH Railcars, or 4 VLocity Railcars.

The Plans for the Super CPH's is to have them fitted with 2 Cummins Engines, to run on Bio-Diesel and Electric systems to be more Fuel effecient.(spelling).

If a New Line is not put in, people will keep travelling in their Cars, Stupid really, we need to get people into Good Public Transport services, a Fast Train from Tweed to Woolgoolga, to Glenreagh, to Newcastle and Sydney.

THE COST, Yes it will cost a lot of Money, but if the thinking caps are put on, the Cost can be kept to a Minimum if it is all Organised in the Correct Manner.
