Good morning,

Is it possible to build a New Railcar,

Or even 6 of them,

A 19 seat version,

And, a 25 seat version.

Any thoughts Please.

2 K 19 Diesels Motors on each Railcar.

Space for two palletts in the middle of the Railcar

Update,

The luggage area/Parcels and Palletts could have an extra 6 fold down seats,

Increasing capacity to 25 and 31.

The most important part is, they will be driveable from both ends.

These railcars could be run together or singlely, depending on demand.

They could be made for use in NSW and SA.

In my opinion these would be Ideal for increasing Rural Passenger Rail services.

Something Interesting has been posted,

In the Post above I am named as a "Private Investor"

"the Creator"

The Idea, of Building a New Train has been put forward by myself and others with the hope that there will be an interest in running smaller Railcars, to service areas where there are no Rail Passenger Services ATM.

This is not about me being an Investor, not about being a Creator, Not about being a Railway Developer.

It is about putting an Idea/Ideas forward, to improve Rail Passenger services in New South Wales.

The Idea/Plan is to Build between 1 and 6 Railcars, with possibly more later if they are successful, Yes there are Processes that have to be gone through, working with the Regulator, the Builder, the Designer, and the workforce of the Builder. Yes Engineering Drawings would be used, which are Proffessional Drawings, which would be part of the Presentation to the Regulator.

From 1967 till 1999, I was fortunate to work with Engineering Drawings, so I know a Bit about them.

The Money,

It is up to the people who would be interested in seeing this Project through, who would be likely to invest in the Project, It could be a Private/ Government type Project.

The Guru of Heritage Railways has been using my name again, but putting in different text.

Confusion rained and we all got wet,

So am I the Founder of the Raglan Project,

Or am I the Northern NSW Rail Developer.

He should be writing my Proper name, but due to an Undertaking brought down by the Magistrate at the Hornsby Local Court, he is not allowed to use my name, so he uses different text.

I am called other names in other write Ups, so he is definately confused.

Is now the time to suggest a 3rd Bullet that runs to Orange and Mudgee, from Lithgow.

Perhaps, to Mudgee Tuesday's, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and, to Orange o Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Maybe when the New Trains are ready at Dubbo, they could do their Testing on these two lines,

Of course, due to the Undertaking set by the Magistrate, the write ups with these names in them should have all gone thru his Lawyer.

There has been a lot of writing about me going to Jail, Or, I should be in Jail.

I believe this is "Perverting the course of Justice" as I have to be charged for a Crime, then it should go to Trial, then a Sentence handed out, then Jail if that is the decision that is made by the Magistrate.

Of course, we must not forget the Famous PAVO.

On the 21st of May 2021 I was served a Document, that stated an Application for a PAVO had been made. For various reasons I was unable to attend Court for the Hearing of the Document.

The outcome of the Court hearing was that the PAVO was dismissed, that's right, DISMISSED.

But here we have a recent post where a PAVO is mentioned once again.

Strangely, I was never placed on a PAVO.

But there was an Undertaking created by the Magistrate between myself and the Applicants, which was a 2 page document.

Big News,

The New Trains replacing the XPT's have Started arriving at Dubbo.

I was able to use a couple of Photos on my Blog with permission.

An XPT Driver has contacted me about my latest XPT Photos,

He likes them, and, wants to use them.

I would also like to mention the help I have been getting with my Photography, you know who you are, it is very much appreciated.

My Journey taking Photos started way back in 1962, I bought an Instamatic Camera for my 12th Birthday.

It has been a Great few days.

This person continues to STEAL Photos from my Pages.

Facebook has been advised, and if they close his pages down, that will be just bad luck.

I am so, so sick of Photos being stolen from my Blogs or my Facebook pages, can't use his thousands of Photos, has to use mine, Wanker.

The Photo was originally put up in December 2018, so he has scrolled back that far to use the Photo, a very evil person.

This is the second time a Photo from my Raglan Page has been used with out my written permission, Facebook have been advised, if they close the News and History Page down so be it. This person has thousands of his own photos but still steals other peoples photos. This is from December 2023 to March 2024, Raglan photos from my page have been used before as well.
